What does the screening cost me?

Nothing. The initial screening and the first technical conversation are free and non-binding.

Do I have to buy the chargers?

No. In the host model an operator funds, installs and runs the equipment while you provide the parking area and power access. You can also lease the area or fund the equipment yourself and keep a larger share of the revenue.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the utility, the municipality and the equipment. Utility make-ready and permitting are usually the longest steps. We give you the realistic timeline for your city after the site survey.

Do you guarantee rebates or revenue?

No. Incentives, utility capacity, permitting outcomes and operator interest are decided by third parties. We map the pathway and document the evidence — we never guarantee an outcome.

Which states do you work in?

Our member teams are active in Massachusetts, Florida, California and other states. If your property is elsewhere, tell us and we will confirm whether a member team can reach it.

What happens to my information?

Property and contact data stay internal to EV Grid Group and Instituto Qualifica and are used only to evaluate and develop the site. We never sell your data.
