Process
How it works
A structured, documented workflow from first submission through development coordination. Each stage produces evidence that the next stage depends on.
- 01
Property submission
You share the basics: location, property type, parking, traffic and anything you already know about your electrical service. The submission is non-binding.
- 02
Location and demand screening
We evaluate corridor position, visibility, dwell profile, competing charging supply and the demand signals that operators actually underwrite.
- 03
Municipal, utility and incentive review
We review the permitting climate in your jurisdiction, the serving utility's territory and programs, and which incentive pathways may apply to a project of your type.
- 04
Technical and commercial viability
We assess likely service capacity constraints, site layout, expected scope of electrical work and the commercial models that fit the property.
- 05
CPO / investor / project-path matching
We prepare a site dossier and identify which charging networks, developers or investors are the most plausible fit for the opportunity.
- 06
Authorization and development coordination
Before active project-development work begins, the property owner or authorized representative executes an exclusive site evaluation and authorization letter with EV Grid and Instituto Qualifica. We then coordinate the process forward.
Authorization before active development
Steps one through five are advisory and non-binding. Before any active project-development work begins — approaching utilities, municipalities, charging networks or investors on the property's behalf — the property owner or an authorized representative must execute an exclusive site evaluation and authorization letter with EV Grid and Instituto Qualifica. This protects the property from conflicting submissions and gives us standing to represent the site.
