Incentives & funding
Incentive pathway research
Available programs vary by municipality, state, serving utility and project type. Our role is to identify and document which pathways may apply to your property — and what each one would require.
Municipal
Local permitting fee treatment, EV-ready ordinances, zoning allowances and, in some jurisdictions, direct local support for charging deployment.
State
State charging infrastructure programs, corridor funding, fleet and workplace charging programs, and state-administered federal allocations.
Utility
Serving-utility make-ready programs, distribution-side cost contributions, rate structures and demand-charge mitigation for charging load.
Federal
Federal pathways available to commercial property owners, including credits applicable in eligible census tracts and corridor grant programs.
Important limitations
- · We do not guarantee that any rebate, grant, credit or funding program will be available, that your property will qualify, or that an application will be approved.
- · Program terms, budgets and windows change frequently. Any pathway we identify is documented with its source and the date it was verified.
- · Incentive availability is one input to viability. Property control, demand, utility capacity, permitting and operator or investor criteria all remain determinative.
