EV Grid and Instituto Qualifica collect the information you provide through the site assessment form in order to perform a preliminary EV charging viability screening of the property you identify.

What we collect. Contact details (name, company, role, email, phone), property details, project notes and signed authorization documents you choose to submit. Authorization PDFs are stored privately and are available only to authorized administrators and analysts. We do not request financial account information through this form.

How we use it. To evaluate the property, research applicable incentive and utility pathways, assess operator fit, and communicate with you about the opportunity. Owner and contact information is stored in an access-controlled internal system available only to authorized team members.

Sharing. We do not sell your information. Where a project advances and you have authorized us to do so, relevant property information may be shared with utilities, municipalities, charging operators, developers or investors for the purpose of evaluating the project.

Retention and access. Submissions are retained for as long as the opportunity remains under consideration. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

Advertising measurement. We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors reach and use this site, optimize ad delivery and measure campaign performance. The Pixel may collect browser data, IP address and interaction data. Visitors in regions requiring consent will only have the Pixel enabled after agreeing through the banner.
