Turn your parking lot into a revenue-generating asset.

We evaluate your site, visit the property, and build the EV charging plan. Starting costs you nothing.

Right now it is just parking.

Idle asphalt becomes an income lineCharging can be structured as a host fee, a lease of the parking area, or owner-operated revenue.
More traffic, longer dwell timeDrivers choose where they charge. Tenants and customers stay while the vehicle charges.
A long-term infrastructure assetElectrical capacity and charging rights add durable value to the property, not just a service.

Revenue potential depends on demand, utility capacity, permitting and the operator model. No revenue or funding is guaranteed.

What does the owner pay?

Host model

The operator funds and runs the chargers. Typical owner outlay: none to minimal site prep.

Lease model

You lease the parking area or the electrical easement for a recurring payment.

Owner-operated

You fund the equipment and keep the revenue. Utility and state programs may offset part of the cost.

Estimates only. Utility, state and federal programs vary by location and project and are never guaranteed.

You have the parking. We build the charging asset.
